Elie Kligman

Kligman stands out more for his outstanding makeup and grinder style than for his tools. He takes decent at-bats and could turn into at least an average hitter with more experience. The Las Vegas high school product spent time both behind the plate and in the infield but will likely be tried first as a catcher at the next level. He needs work to improve his catching skills but has at least an average arm. Kligman did not have a college commitment, so he should be signable.
