  Bland is one of the top lefthanded power bats in the 2026 high school class. It’s a big build that will limit him to first base, so what he does at the plate is what will drive his value, but he’s strong, has big bat speed and can launch balls deep out of the park with the potential for plus-or-better raw power. He has a wide open setup at the plate, then strides into a more squared off stance before swinging. There’s some swing-and-miss that comes with his power, but when everything is synced up it’s loud contact and he has shown the ability to let the ball travel and drive it with impact the opposite way.
