Greenhouse has an impressive collection of physical tools and athleticism, but he comes with extreme risk because his baseball skills are currently quite raw. He has a great frame at 6-foot-4, 200 pounds with plenty of space to add more strength and mass, with outstanding bat speed, running ability and one of the better arms in the class. He’s a showcase pony who will wow scouts in a workout environment, but he simply needs more reps to improve a pure hit tool and offensive approach that could be a long way off. Greenhouse has long levers and a swing that can get lengthy with real miss tendencies that will need to be sharpened up for him to tap into his impressive raw power. He’s an easy plus runner with a smooth stride and should be able to play all three outfield positions and also recorded the loudest outfield throw—102 mph—at Perfect Game’s 2024 national showcase. Most teams might be inclined to let Greenhouse reach campus at Miami and continue developing, though a handful could be enamored with his upside enough to try and sign him out of high school.
