Ligenza does a nice job getting the ball in the air to his pull side, though his swing can become a bit grooved and rigid at times, which leads to swing-and-miss. He’s more power-over-hit now, but has enough juice for that to be an appealing package even without a standout hit tool. Ligenza takes a few steps to get going, but he will turn in plus run times and cover a lot of ground with long loping strides. He looks like a prototypical power-oriented right field profile.
