Dalley is a 6-foot-4, 215-pound slugger who has been a consistent home run threat for Mercer since he stepped on campus. Through parts of three seasons the lefthanded hitter and outfielder homered 54 times in 158 games—just two off the Mercer program home run record. He’s an aggressive hitter with a violent, effortful swing that comes with some swing-and-miss tendencies and big-time pull side power. His swing and approach should always make him a power-over-hit offensive profile. He’s spent time at first base but as a sophomore and junior has mostly been Mercer’s everyday right fielder.
