Prescott is a filled out righthander with a strong lower half and a 6-foot, 200-pound frame. He spent a season with Jacksonville where his middling performance didn’t match his loud pure stuff, then transferred to Florida State for the 2025 season. Prescott sits in the mid 90s with his fastball and has run the pitch up to 98 mph. He also has a solid blend of secondaries including an average mid-80s splitter, an average mid-80s slider and a low-80s downer curveball. Prescott has the arsenal and command to potentially profile as a starter, but has pitched exclusively out of the bullpen for FSU early in 2025.
