  Track Record: The Brewers signed Fenelon out of the Dominican Republic for $1.3 million on Jan. 15, 2025, giving him their highest bonus of the 2025 international signing period.
  
  Scouting Report: Fenelon is an electric athlete and a potential power/speed threat in the middle of the field. He has a strong but lean 6-foot frame with quick hands and explosive bat speed to drive the ball with impact. Fenelon has the power to leave the yard now and the strength projection to develop into a 20-25 home run threat. The biggest question mark on Fenelon is how his hitting ability will translate against more advanced pitching. Fenelon can crush fastballs with the ability to drive balls in the air, but he will have to tighten his swing and make adjustments to improve against breaking balls, though he does a solid job for his age of navigating the strike zone. Fenelon is a plus runner whose speed should make him both a high stolen base threat and allow him to stay in center field, where he has a fringe-average arm.
  
  The Future: Fenelon is a high-risk, high-reward prospect with some of the most exciting tools in the lower levels of Milwaukee’s farm system. He will start his career in 2025 in the Dominican Summer League.
