Webb has a sound delivery, fast arm speed and throws strikes with a fastball that can reach 94 mph from his three-quarters slot. His fastball has good carry, and with the strength projection left in his lean 6-foot-3 frame, Webb should have another gear still to come on that pitch. Webb has feel to spin a curveball and a sharp swing-and-miss slider with power at 82-85 mph that he can spin above 2,600 rpm. Webb’s changeup comes in firm off his fastball but flashes heavy action at times.
