Between this spring and summer, Conrad has been one of the more popular helium names in the class. After hitting .389/.467/.704 with 18 doubles, a nation-leading 13 triples, nine home runs and 52 RBIs this spring, Conrad entered the transfer portal and eventually committed to Wake Forest. At the time of this report, the 6-foot-4, 215-pound outfielder was tearing up the Cape League to the tune of a .387/.435/.468 slash line with a trio of extra-base hits and 15 stolen bases in 16 games. There is a ton to like with Conrad. On top of his big-league body, he has an advanced feel to hit—between this spring and summer he is running an overall in-zone contact rate of 92%—and also plenty of present impact. As a cherry on top to his already-impressive set of tools, Conrad is an impact runner who can make a difference with his legs.
