Tracey is a tall and projectable two-way player with real potential on both sides of the ball. A 6-foot-6, 195-pound righthanded hitter and lefthanded thrower, Tracey has been up to 92 mph on the mound but could easily add more strength and up his velocity in the coming years. He also throws a low-80s changeup and a slider in the 78-82 mph range. Scouts might find his hitting and defensive ability even more intriguing. He has a chance for plus raw power and has shown a more compact swing in the 2025 season, though his long levers and aggressive approach mean he might always be more of a power-over-hit offensive profile. Tracey has turned in above-average run times and moves well for his size but could profile best in a corner outfield spot. He’s committed to Tennessee.
