Iredale was one of the best slugging junior college bats in 2024, when he ranked as a BA 500 prospect on the strength of his power upside and 25 home runs with New Mexico JC. He went undrafted and transferred to Arkansas for the 2025 season, where the 6-foot-3, 200-pound slugging third baseman continued to hit for power. He slashed .286/.450/.544 with 14 home runs and 11 doubles, though that power did come with some miss questions and a 24.2% strikeout rate that jumped to 29.2% in conference play. Iredale has huge raw power that plays extremely well to the pull side, and he gets to it with an extremely steep swing that creates plenty of holes, but also leads to a big flyball pull rate that many teams will love. His bat-to-ball skills are below-average and he has shown a particular vulnerability to secondaries. Iredale could have a chance to stick at third base with a strong arm, but he’s not the most instinctive defender and will need to make strides with his footwork and throwing accuracy.
