School: LSU Drafted/Committed: Never Drafted
Age At Draft: 21.6
BA Grade: 45/High
Dickinson is a 6-foot-2, 200-pound righthanded hitter and second baseman with strong plate skills. He excelled with Utah Valley State for two seasons. Dickinson transferred to LSU for his 2025 draft season and became the team’s primary three-hole hitter and everyday second baseman. Dickinson’s power and speed numbers did not fully translate to the SEC, but he still slashed .318/.465/.547 with 12 homers, a 12.3% strikeout rate and a 13.8% walk rate. Dickinson is a skills-over-tools player with a solid offensive approach and some pull-side power. He has consistently walked more than he has struck out throughout his college career and has a swing that can drive the ball to all fields. He doesn’t hit the ball exceptionally hard and has a maxed-out frame that doesn’t suggest much more power in the future. While Dickinson isn’t the most fluid mover in the field, he is an average runner underway. He’s played all over the infield throughout college and has a few games in the outfield. Some teams could view him as a versatile defender while others might view him as a more limited one who fits best at either second or third base with a near-average glove and a fine arm.
Scouting Grades: Hit: 50 | Power: 40 | Run:50 | Field: 45 | Arm: 50.

Dickinson had a fantastic freshman season for Utah State in 2023 when he slashed .372/.441/.592 with 19 doubles, nine home runs and 42 RBIs, but he upstaged his performance in 2024. He hit .367/.469/.661 with 34 extra-base hits, 53 RBIs, 32 stolen bases and 34 walks to 28 strikeouts. Dickinson has a relaxed setup at the plate with a compact, yet explosive swing and present bat speed. He has an all-fields approach with an advanced feel for the barrel, with strong bat-to-ball skills that drove an 86% contact rate and 92% in-zone contact rate. Dickinson has a legit middle infielder’s body and should stick at second base. He transferred to LSU for the 2025 season.
