Livingston is an impressive multi-sport athlete and former quarterback who’s only now starting to focus on pitching and fully come into his own. He has a great pitcher’s frame at 6-foot-4, 195 pounds with tons of room to fill out and excellent arm speed. Livingston sat in the low 90s and ran his fastball up to 96 during the 2024 travel circuit. He has inched up further since then and touched 98 mph at the MLB Draft combine—one of the hardest throwers at the event. He has the physique and arm speed of a pitcher who will be touching 100 mph soon. In addition to the fastball, Livingston mixes a low-80s slider with above-average potential that takes on a slurvy curveball shape at times in the upper 70s. He also has a firm, upper-80s changeup. Livingston’s arm speed can lag with both of his secondaries, which could be something for him to refine in the future. He’s athletic enough to develop average control with a bit more seasoning. Livingston is a Georgia commit but could fit in the draft inside the first five rounds.
