Harmon is able to generate that velocity from a smooth, controlled delivery with good balance and sound arm action, making him a solid strike-thrower for his age. The development of his secondary stuff will be key. He throws a curveball that could develop into an average pitch, though with his arm speed and slot he might eventually throw a power slider. He has an 82-84 mph changeup but doesn’t use it much.
