Harmon is a high-upside, projectable righthander with long limbs and a high-waisted frame to dream on at 6-foot-5, 190 pounds. He has some of the easiest velocity in the 2025 class, with tremendous arm speed and a fastball that explodes out of his hand and has already been up to 98 mph. Harmon is an athletic mover on the mound who throws with a clean delivery that includes a three-quarters slot and a slight crossfire landing. He typically sits in the mid 90s with his fastball and will get into the upper 90s. His fastball should be a 70-grade pitch in the near future, and it would be unsurprising to see Harmon living in the upper 90s and touching triple digits one day soon. While Harmon’s fastball is one of the better pitches in the class, his secondaries need more refinement. His breaking ball is a slurvy pitch in the 78-82 mph range with solid spin and sweeping shape, but it doesn’t always come with hard bite and finish. Those highest on Harmon believe his arm speed and velocity should help him discover a mid-80s power slider in the future. His changeup is an 82-85 mph offering with solid fading life but is thrown infrequently. Harmon has a chance to develop average control but he was inconsistent as a high school senior. He’s committed to Mississippi State.

    Scouting Grades: Fastball: 70 | Slider: 55 | Changeup: 45 | Control: 50.
