Festa had an excellent season as a 23-year-old redshirt senior at East Stroudsburg (Pa.). The righthander shows promising velocity, with a fastball that has reached as high as 95 mph. Festa performed well this spring, striking out 105 batters and walking just 21 over 88 innings.
