Heiss' long arm action and delivery that carries some effort may ensure he gets to Arkansas, but the righthander generates plenty of arm speed and gives him potential as at least a future power arm out of the bullpen. Heiss pitches with a potentially above-average fastball that sits 90-93 mph but touches 95. He shows some feel for spinning a hard breaking ball and he's toyed with a changeup, but his control is erratic.
