brewers-900x635HE’S WHERE?: A broken ankle meant shortstop Orlando Arcia didn’t get his chance to make his U.S. debut in 2012. But the Brewers are impressed enough with his defense and his feel for the game that he’ll now make his U.S. debut with low Class A Wisconsin.

WHO’S MISSING: Outfielder Victor Roache, the club’s 2012 first-round pick, is recovering from a hamstring strain so the Brewers held him back in extended spring training. He should make it to Class A before long.

GO SEE: Most Triple-A clubs are filled with minor league vets, but Nashville has many of the Brewers’ top prospects including righthanders Johnny Hellweg and Tyler Thornburg, infielder Scooter Gennett and first baseman Hunter Morris. Double-A Huntsville is also intriguing with righthanders Taylor Jungmann and Jimmy Nelson.
