Juan Silverio
Juan Silverio has been one of the White Sox's few notable Latin American prospects in recent years
While other organizations busily pluck talent from Latin America, the White Sox have been a non-factor in the region for years. • The White Sox made their first major international signing under Paddy, inking Venezuelan righthander Luis Martinez.
