Bailey is a strong, durable, athletic catcher. Defensively, he moves well and has a strong arm. Offensively, Bailey has above-average power.

Carter is a tall, wiry and projectable righthander with long limbs and a live arm. His fastball is 88-90 mph and he throws a hard mid-80s slider.

SCOOTER GENNETT IF

A lefthanded hitting middle-infielder, Gennett has a strong compact frame and juice in his bat. Not a great runner, he profiles as an offensive second baseman.

Givens is possibly the top two-way prospect in the 2009 class. Givens is a plus defender with range. He has a strong arm with a fastball between 92-94 mph.

Goodwin possesses tremendous speed and the ability to hit for power and average. He plays an above-average center field with range and a strong throwing arm.

Heller is a legitimate two-way prospect. He commands the zone well. Offensively, he has a balanced swing and gets leverage and power with good bat speed.

With long arms and legs, Jenkins is able to generate leverage and a fastball touching the mid-90s and a slider in the low-80s.

Krol is a three pitch lefty with a high three-quarters arm slot. His fastball typically sits between 86-88 mph. Krol's curveball has consistent two-plane movement.

Maddox excels in almost every aspect of the game as he is a threat on the mound, at the plate and defensively as a catcher. He has raw power and throws up to 94 mph.

Sampson is a pure athlete and a legitimate two-way prospect. At the plate, he is a contact hitter. As a pitcher, Sampson attacks hitters with a four-pitch mix.

An athletic and well-rounded baseball player with projection, Shaffer is a two-way prospect, showing potential for above-average ability on the mound and in the field.

Steckenrider is an athletic, pro-bodied outfielder with tons of projection and the ability to be a five-tool threat. He has power from both sides of the plate.

A pure athlete with a wiry but strong body, Tate is a five-tool outfielder with present ability with tons of projection. He is above-average in all facets of the game.

Thompson is a switch-hitting middle infielder with the ability to hit for average and occasional power. He has above-average foot-speed.

Tuttle has a nice pitcher's frame with plenty of projection. His arm is strong and loose and mechanics are clean. Tuttle runs his fastball up to 93 mph.

Washington is a dynamic outfielder and second baseman with long legs and game changing speed. He is possibly the fastest prospect in the 2009 class.

Wheeler is a tall righty with a nice pro-pitcher's frame and tons of projection. His delivery is clean and he has three big league pitches to go with plus command.

Possessing an ideal catcher's frame with real strength and projection, Zunino possesses raw big league tools. He has a strong arm and moves well behind the plate.

Graham was recognized as one of the top prospects from the 2009 class at an early age. A big and strong pro-bodied righthander, Graham hits 90 mph.

A true athlete with a frame to add strength, Hudson has tools, a strong arm and runs above-average. At the plate, he hits for average and occasional power.

Pitching in the low-90s, Matzek is one of the top pitching prospects in the country.  Matzek has a four-pitch mix and the rare combination of power and pitchability.
