2007 Transfer Tracker Sep. 11, 2007 Here's a list of the Division I players who have decided to transfer to another Division I school this summer. Starting next summer, players who transfer from one D-I to another will be required to sit out a year before becoming eligible at their new school. Players will still be able to transfer freely after this fall semester provided they are enrolled at their new school by the start of the spring semester in January.
