2008 Baseball America College Baseball Bracket Challenge
Official Rules for Entry: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Contest starts May 26, 2008 and ends June 25, 2008. Final Drawing will be June 25, 2008. Must be 18 or older and a resident of the continental U.S. to win. One entry per person, please. Duplicate entries will result in disqualification. Fill in name, address, e-mail address and daytime telephone number on official entry form. All entries become the property of Baseball America. The entry with the highest score at the end of the contest will be named the winner, and posted on the www.baseballamerica.com Website. In the event of a tie, the tiebreakers defined on the entry form will decide the winner. If there is still a tie, winner will be drawn from tied entries. Winner awarded a prize package from Baseball America (Retail value $30.00.) and a DeMarini bat (Retail value $300.00.). Eight additional winners drawn from all eligible entries received by 12:00am EST on May 30, 2008. Winners awarded a prize package from Baseball America (Retail value $30.00 each.). Void where prohibited. Incomplete, lost, destroyed, or late entries are not considered. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash option. Employees (and their immediate families) of Baseball America, Wilson Sporting Goods, and their partners, and their advertising and other agencies are not eligible. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Baseball America and Wilson are not responsible for technical failures in entry transmission or for any damage to participant's computer occasioned by participation in the promotion. Winners notified by e-mail. Any winner who cannot be easily located at address provided will forfeit prize. Contestants who do not have access to an Internet service provider may qualify by mailing their name by First Class Mail, postage paid and postmarked prior to May 30, 2008, to "Baseball America College Baseball Bracket Challenge", c/o Baseball America P. O. Box 12877, Durham, NC 27709. Winners will be required to sign statement of eligibility and release of liability. Decisions of Baseball America in all matters relating to sweepstakes are final. By acceptance of prize, winners consent to use of name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winners must execute release and affidavit of prize eligibility. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and selection of alternate winner. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Taxes are the responsibility of winners. Baseball America reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted.
