Homer Bailey allowed one hit in five innings in his 2007 debut
It's been a bad first week to be a hitter thanks in part to the cold weather throughout most of the country, but also because of some of the best pitching prospects in baseball made their 2007 debuts. Homer Bailey allowed only one hit in five innings on Sunday, while Tim Lincecum threw five shutout innings on Saturday. Philip Hughes allowed two runs on Friday as he picked up the win.
