  Committed to Central Florida, Draper played his high school ball in Utah and has pitched two seasons in Southern Idaho's weekend rotation, ascending to its ace as a sophomore. He's a good-bodied lefthander at 6-foot-3, 190 pounds who has shown improved arm strength, pitching in the upper 80s but at times sitting at 90-91 in the early innings. He throws a slider and changeup, though neither grades as above-average at this time.
