One of the more intriguing arms in the Carolinas, Livengood only recently returned to the diamond. He hadn't played since high school and walked on with the Seahawks in 2012, making nine appearances. He shouldered much more responsibility this season, pitching 30 innings across 25 appearances with a 2.12 ERA, 41 strikeouts and 21 walks. He'll need to throw more strikes, but that may just be from a lack of experience. He sits 92-94 mph with his fastball, touching 95, and has a plus curveball, a power pitch in the low 80s. He's already 23 years old, but a team might take a chance on his live stuff, 6-foot-3, 210-pound frame and fresh arm around the 10th round.
