Players in bold in the rankings are projected to go in the first five rounds. An asterisk denotes a potential first-round pick. Each state (or group of states) also has been graded on a four-star rating system, with four stars indicating a strong year and one star indicating a poor year. The ratings are based on the level of talent an area generally produces, so California isn't graded on the same scale as Wyoming. Regions
