Northwest League Top 20 Prospects

College players making their pro debuts traditionally dominate the short-season Northwest League, and that doesn’t figure to change. Even in 2006, when the league featured two impressive high school pitchers (Tony Butler and Kasey Kiker) making their pro debuts and a third who was a first-rounder in 2005 (Mark Pawelek), 14 of the 20 best prospects were college products.
