HE’S WHERE?: Catcher Mike Zunino is blazing a trail to Seattle, starting his first full minor league season in Triple-A Tacoma. Even after a great debut in short-season Everett in 2012, righthander Victor Sanchez is starting the season in extended spring training.

WHO’S MISSING: Third baseman Stefen Romero will begin the season on Triple-A Tacoma’s disabled list with an oblique strain.

GO SEE: Triple-A Tacoma is loaded with four players from Baseball America’s Top 100 list: Zunino, lefthanders Danny Hultzen and James Paxton, and middle infielder Nick Franklin. Righthander Taijuan Walker and shortstop Brad Miller could be there soon.
