The FSL had another slow day. Catcher J.P. Arencibia’s numbers have been fairly troubling so far this season, but he went 2-for-4 last night with two runs scored and a walk. Dunedin (Blue Jays) beat Palm Beach (Cardinals) 10-5.

Prospect Nuggets

Third baseman Juan Francisco went 1-for-4 with his fifth home run, a solo shot in the eighth inning of Sarasota’s (Reds) 5-1 win…The 1-2-3 hitters went 5-for-13 for Lakeland (Tigers), including a Cale Iorg double. Lakeland beat Vero Beach (Rays) 8-4 with the offense and a good outing by Jonah Nickerson who went seven innings giving up four runs on eight hits while striking out four and walking just one.

What To Watch For Today
