Jorge Posada probably won't make the Hall of Fame, but he can make a case for Cooperstown. A five-time all-star and four-time World Series champion, he's also aging more gracefully than most catchers, having put up a career-high .969 on-base-plus slugging percentage at age 35 last season. Not bad for someone who never made our Top 100 Prospects list.
