When the Yankees broached the subject of converting Michael Dunn from an outfielder to a pitcher a little more than a year ago, he admitted to not appreciating the idea. But Dunn's numbers at low Class A Charleston this year are talking very loudly: He was 8-3, 3.50 with 73 strikeouts and 18 walks in 75 innings.
