In Baseball America’s new Midseason Prospect Update, third baseman Kris Bryant has jumped from No. 2 to No. 1 in the Chicago Cubs organization. Byrant is one of the top power hitting prospects in the game and has done nothing to hide from that with Double-A Tennessee and Triple-A Iowa.
In 68 games with Tennessee, Bryant hit .335/.458/.702 with a .347 ISO and 22 home runs. With 29 game under his belt in Iowa, Bryant is hitting .321/.393/.697 with a .376 ISO and 11 home runs already.
