Dominating Double-A

It was time to promote Carlos Rosa from Double-A Northwest Arkansas to Triple-A Omaha. He was dominating the Texas League. Rosa yielded one earned run in 25 innings over his final four starts with the Travelers, allowing 14 hits, striking out 26 and walking four. Overall, the 23-year-old righthander had a 4-2 record and led the Texas League with a 1.20 ERA.
