Back At Full Strength, Ryan Kalish Added Power To His Game

In 2008, after a winter when he couldn't follow a normal strengthening program while recovering from surgery to remove a broken hamate bone, Kalish hit .273/.365/.363. Given the offseason to recover, however, he hit the ball with a form of authority in 2009 unlike anything he'd shown the year before.
