| Official Rules for Entry: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Contest starts February 27, 2008 and ends March 17, 2008. Final Drawing will be March 17, 2008. Must be 18 or older and a resident of the continental U.S. to win. Only one entry per e-mail address will be accepted. Duplicate entries will result in disqualification. Fill in name, address, e-mail address and daytime telephone number on official entry form. All entries become the property of Baseball America. Winner will be drawn from eligible entries received during 19-day period (12:00 noon EST to 12 midnight EST), and posted on the www.baseballamerica.com website. The contestant who scores the highest will be selected as the winner. In the event of a tie, one winner will be drawn from all eligible entries with the highest score received by 12:00 midnight EST on March 17, 2008. Void where prohibited. Incomplete, lost, destroyed, or late entries are not considered. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. One winner will be awarded a prize package that includes a 2008 Baseball America Prospect Handbook (Retail value $29.95 each.), a 2008 Baseball America Almanac (Retail value $20.95 each.) and a Majestic Athletic Authentic On-Field Jersey (Retail value $240.00 each.). In addition, a consolation prize of a 2008 Baseball America Prospect Handbook and a 2008 Baseball America Almanac will be awarded to five other randomly selected contestants. A 2008 Baseball America Almanac will also be awarded to 25 more randomly selected contestants. No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash option. Employees (and their immediate families) of Baseball America, Majestic Athletic, and their partners, and their advertising and other agencies are not eligible. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Baseball America and Majestic Athletic are not responsible for technical failures in entry transmission or for any damage to participant's computer occasioned by participation in the promotion. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Any winners who cannot be easily located at address provided will forfeit prize. Contestants who do not have access to an Internet service provider may qualify by mailing their name by First Class Mail, postage paid and postmarked prior to March 17, 2008, to "Split Decisions", c/o Baseball America P.O. Box 2089, Durham, NC 27702. Winners will be required to sign statement of eligibility and release of liability. Decisions of Baseball America in all matters relating to sweepstakes are final. By acceptance of prize, winners consent to use of name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winners must execute release and affidavit of prize eligibility. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and selection of alternate winners. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Taxes are the responsibility of the winners. Baseball America reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted.
