RHP Mike Leake (8 IP, 5 H, 1 ER), Sr. LHP Josh Satow (6 IP, 6 H, 1 ER) and Fr. RHP Seth Blair (5.2 IP, 6 H, 3 ER). Jr. 3B Brett Wallace mashed his second career grand slam and team-leading 19th homer of the year in Sunday’s win.

Sr. RHP Ryan Strauss (6 IP, 4 H, 1 ER, 2 BB, 8 K) was very strong Saturday in his first start in more than a month.

Fullerton hung four runs on Aztecs ace Stephen Strasburg over six innings Thursday, with half the damage coming on Jr. 1B Jared Clark’s two-run homer in the first. Sr. RHP Jeff Kaplan (6 IP, 5 H, 1 ER, 5 BB, 7 K) won his seventh straight decision in that one.

Jr. RHP Trevor Holder (1.2 IP, 7 H, 6 ER) was hit hard in the first game of Friday’s doubleheader, and Sr. RHP Joshua Fields (1 IP, 3 ER) took the loss Saturday, allowing three runs in the ninth after the Bulldogs scored four in the bottom of the eighth to tie it. Jr. SS Gordon Beckham hit his 23rd homer of the year in the middle game, but he now trails College of Charleston’s Michael Harrington by three homers for the national lead.

LSU’s 12-game conference winning streak is the longest in school history. The Tigers pounded out 48 hits in three games and erased a 7-5 deficit with five runs in the seventh inning Sunday. LSU will open the conference tournament against South Carolina on Wednesday.

Kentucky hung eight runs on Ole Miss righty Lance Lynn through 3.1 innings Thursday, with Sr. OF Sawyer Carroll (4-for-5, 2 R, 6 RBI, 2 2B, HR) leading the onslaught. Carroll homered again Friday, his 16th of the year.
