DURHAM, N.C.–Clemson remained atop Baseball America’s weekly college baseball rankings as the top nine teams stayed the same after the first busy weekend of the season.

Rice, Texas, Tulane and Texas Christian all went 2-1 at the Houston Astros College Classic. No. 7 Texas beat No. 5 Rice on a pinch-hit, walk-off home run from Kyle Russell on Saturday before losing to Tulane, which moved up to No. 10. Texas Christian moved up to 18 after beating Tulane.

Arizona State fell out of the rankings following an 0-3 performance at the Spring Training Classic in Surprise, Ariz. Southern California, which began the season in the rankings, moved back in at No. 25 following a 4-0 week.

The staff of Baseball America determines the Top 25 rankings. Records indicated are through games of Feb. 12 and do not include ties.
