american kids are acquired through the draft, while as international kids are all free agents when they turn 16, i watch a movie called ballplayer: pelotero a couple weeks ago. its about the july 2nd international signing day, very interesting.

Where are our American kids? Nobody is going to tell me that a 16 year old ( true age) can throw harder than a 19 year old.
