Braves Sign Venezuelan Righthander Yeralf Torres

The Braves have signed Yeralf Torres, a 16-year-old righthander from Venezuela.

Torres (video) is 6-foot-1, 165 pounds with a lively fastball that reaches the low-90s. He is from Barquisimeto and trained with Jose Montero.
