Petey Paramore wasn't actually released from what I hear – a teammate of his on Stockton states he resigned because he was simply tired of the grind.

The Rangers released Justin Miller from the 40-man roster, then re-signed him to a minor league deal so that he can rehab from elbow surgery with the club. Don't expect him to make meaningful contributions in 2012.

I attempt to note all player signings with non-affiliated clubs only if they appear in a game with that club.

Not sure if you're counting preseason signings, but Emaus was with Laredo of the American Assoc, Frawley with New Jersey of the CanAm league, and Roof with Traverse of the Frontier League.
