		<description>I think what a lot of people don&#039;t realize is that the Toronto Blue Jays choose to keep many of their top pitching prospects in AA-New Hampshire, as opposed to promoting them to AAA-Las Vegas in the PCL. &#160;We&#039;ve all heard how hard balls are hit in the Pacific Coast League and Alex Anthopolous chooses to keep them away from that environment. I think mentally, Hutchison&#039;s experience, of lack thereof, is a factor, but don&#039;t be fooled by the fact that&#039;s being called up from AA. He&#039;s got MLB calibre stuff; the Jays know what they&#039;re doing.</description>
