The Pirates have agreed to terms with Colombian outfielder Harold Ramirez for $1.05 million.
Ramirez, 16, is 5-foot-11, 175 pounds and stands out for his speed, instincts and feel for hitting from the right side of the plate. BA subscribers can read a complete scouting report on Ramirez and more of the top Latin American prospects in this year's signing class.
