He's never had a major injury, but I think you're spot on when you focus on his inability to stay healthy enough to accrue innings and become a reliable starter. Those late-season performances, like the one I linked, are tantalizing though... He was hitting 96/97 late in starts. The question about durability is valid, but the velo is more complicated.
