Roger,

Thanks for the input and we have reshaped our Daily Dish to give more breaking news coverage. I will also point out that if you're not subscribing to the Baseball America Prospect Report I would highly recommend it--by 8 a.m. every weekday morning we send out an email that highlights the top performing prospects around baseball from the night before. As far as our overall philosophy, we know there are a lot of websites that note that a certain prospect had a big game. But what we're trying to do if give the insight and in-depth coverage that you expect out of Baseball America. While we can note that Kyle Gibson had a one-hitter, we also want to make sure we give you insight into what his stuff looked like and what he's working on improving--like we did with Gibson a couple of weeks ago. Anyone can give you a recitation of the stat line, we aim to give you more than just that, which often means that we're going to be less about breaking news and more about giving in-depth insights.

I think Baseball America just needs to have faster updates on current news breaking events such as Tillman's no hitter last night and any other news worthy prospect stuff. They need to have a balance of analysis, scouting and top prospect material thats more up to date than a day behind. If other smaller websites can report on big prospect news soon after they occur (such as Kyle Gibson's 9 inning one hitter earlier today) than why can't Baseball America? Waiting a whole week for the Hot Sheet as the only source of prospect achievement is a little to long of a wait if you ask me, and I'm sure I'm not the only person who feels this way.

Has Jansen altered his delivery this year? I didn't see him last year but heard reports his delivery was violent, but it didn't look that way a couple weeks ago..

I disagree. If you simply want top prospect stats, there are other avenues. This is Baseball America, where you come for in depth analysis and scouting info, not just the numbers.

Yeah, no doubt! I like the old "Daily Dish" where there'd be a little blurb/report about the previous night's games in each of the leagues, and who stood out, great stats, interesting facts/box scores, etc.
These are kind of lame, if you ask me--reporting on only one or two teams/players!

Doesn't the Chris Tillman no-hitter count as newsworthy?
