Let's look back a few years at the top 3 SO/9 leaders and the level where they finished the season.

2008: Neftali Feliz (AA Frisco), Tommy Hanson (AA Mississippi), David Bromberg (Low A Beloit)

2007: Clay Buchholz (AAA Pawtucket), *Clayton Kershaw (AA Jacksonville), *Jake McGee (AA Montgomery)

2006: *Jake McGee (Low A SW Mich.), Yovani Gallardo (AA Huntsville), Clay Buchholz (High A Wilmington)

2005: *Rich Hill (Low A Peoria), *Jonathan Sanchez (Low A Augusta), Joel Zumaya (AAA Toledo)

McGee turned 20 late in that '06 season, making him the best superficial comp for Moore, right down to the organization. However, McGee featured more fastball and less breaking ball than Moore does now.

How good can Matt Moore be? I can't remember a 20-year old (and LEFTY at that!) who led ALL of MiLB in K/9 and BAA!!??!! Is his stuff that dominant? Can he get even better?
Thanks.
