		<description>Steve, Thanks for the catch. I had miscalculated ages at the short-season level. The table now shows a correct, linear age progression from the complex leagues to Triple-A. 

Also note that the original slugging percentage was off by 100 points for the Arizona League. It&#039;s a hitter-friendly league, but not .479 friendly.</description>

		<description>It is interesting to note the ages in the short season leagues of the pitchers.  The more advanced the league, the younger the pitchers.  Just the opposite of what you would expect.  Any ideas on this?</description>
