Carlos Carrasco is on pace to pitch 140 or more innings for the fourth year in a row. He doesn&#039;t walk a ton of batters. And his strikeout rate is solid. When I charted one of his Spring Training games this year, I was impressed by his stuff, though he made a lot of mistake pitches.

Can you elaborate on why you have him below Jason Knapp and Tim Alderson?
