I asked Bumgarner that in the dugout, and he said that was it, he warmed up, got ready to come in, then had to cool his jets for four hours, so he was done before he ever got started. He was bummed about it.

Thanks for the 4-1-1…what is Feliz’s future in Texas? Bullpen power arm/set-up, or front-end starting ace? It seems they need more immediate help in the rotation. Wilson, Francisco, O’Day, and Holland are already a pretty solid relief group…

I was sitting in the stands, and Feliz was legitimately hitting 98-99 mph on nearly every fastball. Easily the game’s best fastball.

The rain delay messed up a lot of the managers’ original plans for pitching schedules. Unfortunately that meant no Bumgarner today.

Was it b/c Bumgarner had already warmed up before the rain delay, or something? And his arm got cold waiting around? Too bad…

He looked great, but why didn’t we see the Minors’ #1 pitching prospect, Madison Bumgarner? I waited the whole game to get a glimpse of him pitch, instead they run Trevor Reckling out there to save the game??? What was that all about???
