		<description>Adam, that is called either a plunge or a stab, depending on the scout you talk to, with regard to Latos&#039; arm action. I&#039;ll say this for him, he&#039;s consistent, he threw basically the same way when I saw him at the East Coast Showcase back in 2005 (http://prospectsplus.baseballamerica.com/content/050805eastcoast.html). Scouts I have talked to over the years and again Sunday believe this arm action could limit him to a relief role in the future, though with his stuff he could be an impact closer.</description>

The way he sort of left his arms flop to his sides after he separated his hands caught my attention -- not that it&#039;s a good or bad thing. If someone came out of the pen to Rob Zombie then had that kind of delivery, I&#039;d be pretty intimidated.</description>
