Latos’ delivery seemed pretty unique. The way he sort of left his arms flop to his sides after he separated his hands caught my attention — not that it’s a good or bad thing. If someone came out of the pen to Rob Zombie then had that kind of delivery, I’d be pretty intimidated.

I’ll say this for him, he’s consistent, he threw basically the same way when I saw him at the East Coast Showcase back in 2005 (http://prospectsplus.baseballa.....coast.html ). Scouts I have talked to over the years and again Sunday believe this arm action could limit him to a relief role in the future, though with his stuff he could be an impact closer.
