Presumably, you mean their top low-minors catching prospects, given Lou Marson. But if Valle is so highly regarded, why did he not make the Phils&#039; top 30 in the _Prospect Handbook_ nor appear on the depth chart at catcher for that organization? Just an editing error?</description>
